  For a chicken restaurant they don't do rotisserie chicken very well. On each occasion, their chickens tend to be on the smaller end. On receiving my meal, I was wondering whether they had accidentally mixed up my order of 'half-chicken' for 'half-quail.' Swiss Chalet meals also come with their famous 'chalet sauce' which is likely meant to hide the fact that their chickens are drier than Bill Murray's career since Lost in Translation. Have also tried their burger which was pretty large and was more satisfying than the chicken.

  Tasty chicken, haven't had any issues with the food or service.I find the staff patient, I usually head down on the weekend afternoons with my dad.Idk, I've.found the quality of the food has been consistent over the years.A great value with the promos, looking forward to some more great food.

  Driest chicken on earth.... I've never had a chicken THIGH be so dry I couldn't eat it... How is this place even open? I can't wrap my head around it... Girlfriend brought me dinner home from here one night when I was sick and it was pretty awful I thought it must have been sitting for a while and gave it the benefit of the doubt that I was also not well... But I sat down in the restaurant with a friend and had the exact same experience... 2 months later... The owner of this place needs a complete reality check. Customer service is a 2 out of 10 at best except for the 1 very friendly hostess... Clearly the servers are disengaged and not interested in what they are doing. I over heard 2 of the servers talking about not getting paid enough and deserving a raise but with the poor attitude and work ethic. I didn't even leave a tip and I am one to usually leave 15% good/bad or indifferent to the experience because I feel for minimum wage earners.
  I wont be surprised to see a for lease sign up on the windows of this place in the near future. Avoid this place go to McDonald's in the Walmart across the street at least you will have a warm meal and be of OK quality.

  We ordered two adult meals and shared with our 18 month toddler. We asked for utensils and plate for her but they apparently don't have any... she had to eat off my ford and some from the table haha. Many other restaurants would offer her own set of plate and cutlery. Just comparing... food was ok.

  We ordered take out rotisserie chicken Caesar salad and the quarter chicken with ribs. It was $40. The salad was small and leaves were brown. The chicken was ok but the ribs were so dry, and chewy, it was like they were microwaved. There was also hardly any sauce on them. The meat on the ribs was so hard to pull off from the bone that I ended up not being able to eat them.
  Total waste of money. I would not recommend this place to anybody.
  Also the guy who took our order on the phone hung up on us before saying hello, and when we called back, he was speaking so quietly and not really listening to us. We had to repeat our order multiple times. The overall experience was 1 star appropriate.
