  Service was okay...but very slow and the restaurant was very dirty especially behind the counter...makes me wonder how clean is it back there where they make your food!

  The food and ice cream is fine but the restaurant is in bad need of renovations and better upkeep. The music is an improperly tuned radio station, the seats and many surfaces are sticky, and the locked bathrooms and cake freezer feel very unfriendly.
