  Its better than Sushi California. The chopped scallop is awesome. Toro is bigger than california too. Bigger place. Less crowded.

  Surprised when I go into the restaurant through a small door.
  Inside was very big and fine interior in Japanese style. It can not be compared with any other regular sushi restaurant, but good for dinning with traditional Japanese restaurant style.
  One said it is 32 years old. Wawoo! Older than Me.
  Very delicious food and kind serving.
  Good price too.
  Asahi is surely a hidden pearl in Port Coquitlam.
  I'll recommend this restaurant.

  My weekly sushi restaurant. Been going here since November 2015.. Great service. Great prices. Friendly and always fantastic. I'd give them more than 5 stars if I could!

  Taste was there, but very forgettable. they crammed so many different ingredients that makes it hard to even taste the flavors. Price was too expensive for what you get and I feel the price point might be caused by the overly complex rolls.

  We get takeout all the time. The only reason for the 4 out of 5 instead of 5 is that when we get food late at night, the fresh stuff is starting to not get so fresh, specifically the tuna... it can be a little toro-y by the end of the night. That does not take away from the experience! Great food! Good selection!
